Worth Recruiting is working with a highly regarded independent estate agency on the South Coast with an excellent local reputation. They are seeking a professional and experienced New Homes Administrator to join their Brighton team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong administration and estate agency experience particularly in new homes to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Providing full administrative support to the new homes sales team
- Managing documentation and sales progression processes
- Liaising with developers clients and internal teams
- Handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a busy environment
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous office administration experience (estate agency or new homes preferred)
- Strong understanding of the new homes sales process
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communication and first-class customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner and interpersonal ability
- Proficiency in IT and administrative systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
