Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Full-time two-year technology leadership development program where members work alongside experts in various locations.
Three eight-month rotational assignments within IT organization providing the candidate an opportunity to experience different technology domains and develop variety of skill set.
Assignments within your specific business covering diverse projects in Advanced Analytics AI Data Science Data Cloud Infrastructure Cyber Security Digital Engineering Technical Product and Project Managementand more.
Global learning experience focused on technical training leadership and business acumen.
Engagement in ITDP program initiatives and committees.
Qualifications
A Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems IT Security Informatics Information Science/Technology Software Engineering Security and Risk Analysis or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.
Graduating by May/June 2025 to be eligible for July 2025 start full time job availability is mandatory

Up-to-date with current IT and software industry standards trending software and information technology development methodologies.
Strong analytical skills.

Able to engage positively across multiple departments to establish clarity vision and mutual trust to achieve business goals.
Project management and leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.

Proactively learns new tools identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption.
