Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
All duties and responsibilities must be accomplished in accordance with hospital policy and
procedure.
Record all messages accurately noting caller name and telephone number time day your
initials and complete message.
Document interactions and provide prompt responses via standard or electronic mailing
systems.
Responsible for typing faxing copying filing and mail duties.
Respond to questions and queries.
Assist divisional personnel in work tasks as directed.
Maintain a professional pleasant and helpful attitude with all callers
1 year clerical filing experience 1 year experience in medical office environment preferred
HS diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills computer literate comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
