Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School diploma/GED
  2. Proficient in record keeping and general office management.
  3. Proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Professional)
  4. Proficient in Outlook calendar and email
  5. Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e. Drive Doc Sheets Classroom etc.)
  6. Self-motivated able to work under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
  8. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
  9. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and take initiative to ensure timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
  10. Posses high degree of customer service skills

SALARY/PAYGRADE:

$30510 CP-4

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Prepare correspondence forms handbooks schedules and reports for the Assistant Director of the department.
  2. Prepare and submit various revenue and expenditure documents for the Club Rewind program according to CFISD and department policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain calendars and coordinate schedules as assigned.
  4. Answer and respond to incoming calls including those regarding general Club Rewind questions and Club Rewind accounts.
  5. Take reliable phone messages and route to appropriate staff.
  6. Support general inquiries into the department.
  7. Greet visitors and support the customer service base of the department.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of information.
  9. Assist the ordering and organization of Club Rewind supplies and materials.
  10. Provide quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  11. Act as backup for various positions within the Community Programs department including but not limited to receptionist registration clerk and Club Rewind support staff.
  12. Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the Community Programs department.
  13. Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Community Programs Director of Community programs and/or District Administration staff.
  14. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
