Job Description:

Assist in building and customizing applications using the Officeless low-code/no-code platform.
Collaborate with the Solution Engineer team to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Help troubleshoot debug and test applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
Learn and apply best practices in solution architecture system integration and application design.
Assist in developing project/client documentation such as gap analyses project objectives business requirements flowcharts and other supporting materials.
Support in creating and organizing Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Collaborate with the team to break down tasks for implementation by development teams or implementors.
Shadow and assist the Customer Experience team in managing client interactions to ensure seamless after-sales support.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
A keen interest in learning low-code/no-code development platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality solutions.
