What We Offer:

  • $3000 Signing Bonus! Paid in two installments to qualified candidates: $1500 after 30 days and $1500 after 6 months of employment.

  • Competitive Base Pay: $71410 $94573/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience geographic location and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

  • This position is also eligible to earn monthly incentive pay based upon store sales and overall performance.

  • Schedule: Full-time 5 days/week (Mondays Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week plus one other day off based on business needs.

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Manager:

  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations including service delivery staffing scheduling inventory management purchasing and budget compliance to meet or exceed performance goals.

  • Recruit hire and develop associates to meet changing business needs while ensuring high levels of engagement and accountability.

  • Review repairs with customers and associates addressing questions and ensuring a high-quality customer experience every time.

  • Build external business relationships to drive sales growth and enhance AAAs reputation in the community.

  • Act as Health & Safety Officer for the location ensuring OSHA and local compliance standards are met.

  • Prepare and review operational financial and performance reports to track and drive results.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.

  • 6 years of automotive industry experience including 3 years in a management role.

  • ASE Certification preferred.

  • Valid drivers license with at least 5 years of clean driving history; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light/medium duty trucks.

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with automotive software applications.

  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Authorized to work in the USA.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background check drug screening).
