Job Summary:

New Engineering Graduates Needed Join CSA Groups Graduate Development Program!

In the right engineers hands new and emerging products are like toys to be analyzed examined and evaluated! You have an opportunity to work in any of our global offices! Best of all we will train you!

CSA Group has an opportunity for you to take on a Product Safety Engineer role in its Cleveland office this role you will work on challenging projects to test and certify new and emerging products anything from the most basic to complicated before they hit the market!

CSA Groups Graduate Development Program will provide you with the opportunity to gain the needed technical and project management skills required to become a Product Safety Engineer in our Cleveland laboratory. The Product Safety Engineer role is critical to ensuring that our clients products comply with global and regional safety and performance standards; this allows our clients to sell their products around the world.

If you have recently graduated or are anticipating to graduate within the 2025-2026 academic calendar year we want you to apply. The target start date for our Product Safety Engineer (Graduate Development Program) is May 2026.

Qualifications:

• New or recent graduate with a bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Strong organizational time management and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a team-based work environment.
• Must be self-motivated and client-service oriented
