Flynn Canada Ltd is searching for a Service Coordinator to support our Calgary office! This role will report directly into the Service Manager.
A Day in the Life:
Support the Superintendent:
- Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
- Organize and schedule jobs
- Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements as well as ensuring -proper equipment isavailable and arranged
- High volume file management; ensuring files are complete all authorizations and information ispresent forwork completed.
- Prepare work orders letters quotes invoicingcustomers for completedwork
- Prepare estimates for service and repair work
- Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
Support the field Operations:
- Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
- Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is providedsuch as applications licenses police checks etc.
- Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls

What We Are Seeking
- Previous experience in aconstruction environment is considered an asset
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Form and maintain customer relations; in person through email and over the phone
- Ability to multitask prioritize stay organized and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
- Reliable with strong problem-solving skills
- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Roofing experience is a strong asset
