Job Summary

Due to growth innovative compounding pharmacy is seeking skilled Director of Human Resources (HR) to join their leadership team. This is a privately-owned healthcare organization that is set to scale extensively in the next five years.
Working closely with the owners and other leaders the Director of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies policies and practices that support the organizations mission vision and growth. This position will oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition employee relations compliance benefits administration performance management and training and development. Position offers the unique opportunity to shape HR strategy and infrastructure in a growing organization as part of a collaborative mission-driven leadership team.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required (Masters preferred).
8 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or manager-level role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR a plus.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced growth-focused environment.
