Inviting applications for the role of Consultant UKG Dimensions
hands-on experience working as UKG Dimensions Consultant (UKG Kronos Workforce central (WFC) and workforce Dimensions (WFD)).
In this role UKG Dimensions Consultant with exposure to Kronos Workforce Central configuration employee support and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
User Support:
oServe as the first point of contact for clients inquiries issues and requests related to the UKG Dimensions system.
oRespond promptly to user queries via email phone or ticketing system.
System Enhancement:
oWork closely with the UKG Dimensions development team to identify system improvements and enhancements.
oCollaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
oParticipate in the development and testing of system upgrades and new features.
Training and Documentation:
oDevelop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the UKG Dimensions system.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
oAnalyze system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.
Continuous Support and Maintenance:
oProactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.
oMaintain system configurations and user profiles as required.
Client Communication:
oMaintain clear and effective communication with clients ensuring their needs are met.
oRegularly update clients on system improvements scheduled maintenance and important announcements.
Other Responsibilities and Requirements:
Kronos Workforce Central configuration employee support and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance.
This key role will collaborate with all HR Payroll and administrative teams in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors.
This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.
Kronos Workforce Central system configuration and maintenance (patterns holiday accrual and attestation policies)
Configure test deploy Kronos Workforce Centrals new releases and special projects.
Maintain project timeline partnering with 3rd party vendors and client groups and monitoring open issues and change requests.
Develop and lead business reporting functions- HR analytics Business analytics Vendor analytics.
Performing roles like Configurations analysis validations Implementation Development and Support projects related to UKG Dimensions Applications.
Timekeeping Payroll Attendance Time Off and HRIS systems for implementation and maintenance is preferred.
Understanding of HRIS/HCM concepts and technology is preferred.
Experience working with unionized & international employees a plus.
Able to manage a fast-paced environment; meet strict deadlines & handle multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management.
Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
Excellent analytical organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills ability to write and speak clearly able to easily communicate complex ideas.
Intermediate knowledgeof Microsoft Office products
Provide a system support role for day-to-day systems operations including monitoring troubleshooting and performance analysis in a 247 environment.
Provide varying levels of implementation services through Configurations analysis validations integrations move to Production go live support transition in reference to UKG Dimensions
Knowledge on Dell Boomi integrations processes.
Ready to work in shifts.
Strong analytical and technical skills
Open for shift environment
ITIL Certified preferred and hands on experience on any ITSM Tool ServiceNow experience required.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or experience in the following areas - Information Systems Computer Science or Human Resources preferred.
