About the role:
As a Junior Business Controller you will support the Finance team in combining classic controlling responsibilities with modern reporting and data tools. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in controlling while also developing strong skills in automation visualization and data analytics. You will work closely with the Finance Director and Business Controller gaining hands-on experience in budgeting reporting and performance monitoring while helping the team streamline financial processes through technology.
Your responsibilities:
Support the budgeting forecasting and financial analysis processes for manufacturing operations
Prepare and automate financial reports and dashboards (Power BI Power Query Excel)
Contribute to process improvements and reporting standardization
Monitor production costs and analyze variances (actual vs. planned)
Prepare monthly reports and insights for the production and logistics teams
Collaborate with the operations team to identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements
Participate in the creation of financial models supporting strategic and investment decisions
Work with global teams to implement standardized financial processes across the group.
What we expect:
University degree in Finance Economics Accounting Data Analytics or a related field
First experience in controlling FP&A accounting or data analytics (entry-level role)
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and experience in BI tools like Power BI/Power Query
Interest in automation data visualization and modern finance technologies
Proactive mindset structured approach and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
