Job Summary

  • Initiate contact with prospects through email phone and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
  • Understand Autentis product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Participate in regular team meetings training sessions and performance reviews.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in Polish and German (both spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales customer service or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM HubSpot.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Interest in digital transformation SaaS and B2B sales.
  • Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
