About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team. This role is crucial in supporting the team with administrative tasks client communication and debt collection efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contract Management: Preparing contracts annexes and assignments based on existing templates and internal procedures.
- Documentation: Drafting verifying and compiling various documents forms and paperwork.
- Data Integrity: Checking and ensuring the correctness of data entered into the CRM system.
- Database Management: Verifying and preparing databases/data sets.
- Customer Service Support: Assisting the team with day-to-day customer support operations primarily using Zendesk.
- Debt Collection Support: Providing administrative and operational support in the debt collection process.
Requirements:
- Education: Ideally a 3rd 4th or 5th-year student of Administration or a related field (e.g. Law Management).
- Language Skills: English (B2) Polish (native)
- Accuracy: A strong focus on precision and detail in all documentation and data entry.
- Punctuality/Timeliness: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Scrupulousness/Thoroughness: A meticulous and conscientious approach to work.
- Attentiveness: High level of focus and care especially when verifying information.
- Customer Service Experience (Welcome): Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is a strong asset.
