About the Company:

This is a full-time staffing role for one of our internal companies which specializes in helping brands grow on Amazon. The company offers expert support to optimize advertising campaigns enhance visibility and drive growth through strategic data-driven solutions. Focused on e-commerce and digital marketing the company thrives on delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform in a collaborative environment.

Open to candidates based in the Philippines Full-time Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account support.
  • Create and manage shipments from setup to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure listings display correctly and resolve catalog issues.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics fixing problems before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
  • Handle refunds replacements and customer feedback disputes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear proactive communication.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Provide general account health and maintenance support.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies account health metrics and catalog troubleshooting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountabilityyou own your work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized efficient and results-driven.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business/accounting principles or listing optimization basics.
