1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management -
Develop and implement long-term and short-term brand strategies

Ensure alignment of brand strategy with overall business and category objectives

Manage brand marketing mix:

Communication Strategy (Advertising & Messaging)

Promotional Plans (Consumer Trade Visibility Initiatives)

Packaging & Artwork

Pricing

New Product Development (NPD)

Media Planning & Digital Marketing

Social Media Planning
2. Market & Sales Analysis -
Conduct primary and secondary sales analysis (territory-wise ORG reports etc.)

Track competitor activity and consumer behavior trends
-
Monitor media performance and effectiveness
-
Analyze profitability and drive margin improvements
3. New Product Development (NPD) -
Manage end-to-end NPD projects from concept to trade launch
-
Coordinate with internal teams for artwork FG code creation (e.g. MWT) and packaging development
-
Ensure timely artwork updates on CANVAS
-
Align NPD pipeline with consumer insights and market gaps
4. Trade & Salon Marketing -
Plan and execute Salon Activation and Education Programs
-
Manage and guide the team of Salon Educators
-
Ensure salon coverage as per defined KPIs
-
Create and maintain Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Marketing & Trade Marketing Grids
-
Devise and implement strategies for slow-moving SKUs
5. Agency & Budget Management -
Coordinate with media creative and research agencies to execute brand plans
-
Ensure optimal utilization of AdPro (Advertising & Promotion) budgets
-
Manage agency briefing performance and output
