Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

  • Incident Management

  • The position requires a minimum of 4 years relevant Application support analyst in investment banking experience.

  • Certifications: ITIL will provide an advantage.

    Education Required:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.

    Primary skills

    • Domain knowledge: Expertise in supporting banking applications and their users.
    • ITIL V3: Strong expertise in Incident management Change Management & Problem Management
    • Critical and analytical thinking: capability to analyze complex business problems prioritize requirements and propose innovative solutions.
    • Technical skills : SQL Unix Microservices CI/CD tools
    • Communication: Strong expertise in communication oriented to business users and management.
    • Monitoring: ability to effectively monitor infrastructure functional (logs) and performances of applications (Dynatrace is a must)
    • Problem Solving: ability to identify analyze and propose action plan to anticipate any incidents before user detection and be able to tackle the recurrent ones
    • Knowledge management: Ability to create and maintain the proper documentation for IA chatbot Purpose - proficiency for documenting system requirements and workflows familiarity with documentation system (e.g. confluence JIRA ).

    Secondary skills

    • Agile methodologies: understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).
    • Banking knowledge : knowing about CIB banking ecosystem Finastra Trade Innovation Plus tool will provide an advantage
    • Project management: experience leading and delivering small projects with several contributors & represent Production by giving prerequisites for support activities during new project or new release.
