Manage bulk hiring & niche roles (insurance/reinsurance/claims).
Screen interview & coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle vendor management & recruitment drives.
Roll out offers negotiate and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain hiring reports metrics & compliance.
