Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Freelance Recruiters to support our domestic hiring mandates across IT and Non-IT domains. This opportunity offers the flexibility of working independently while leveraging your expertise in talent sourcing candidate engagement and recruitment strategy. Freelance recruiters will play a critical role in representing Anrgi Tech to candidates and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening candidate engagement and submission.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals LinkedIn referrals and professional networks.
Build nurture and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates across diverse industries.
Conduct in-depth discussions with candidates to understand their career goals role suitability and cultural fit.
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on hiring requirements and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in domestic recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT).
Strong sourcing expertise and a robust LinkedIn network.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
Must indicate hours of availability per day when applying.
