As the HR Project Manager the candidate will be responsible for planning executing and closing HR projects efficiently and effectively. The candidate will collaborate closely with HR leaders cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of HR programs. The role will be instrumental in achieving HR-related strategic goals.
Project Planning: Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources including HR team members external consultants and vendors. Monitor resource utilisation and adjust as needed to meet project goals.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams in executing HR initiatives ensuring adherence to project plans.
Monitor project progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to leadership.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular communication among project teams leaders and stakeholders. Ensure alignment of HR projects with organizational goals and objectives.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Review and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation including project charters status reports and meeting minutes. Prepare and present project status updates to leadership.
Change Management: Collaborate with HR teams to plan and execute change management strategies associated with HR projects. Ensure a smooth transition for employees affected by HR initiatives.
Required Experience :
12-15 years proven experience as an HR Project Manager or a similar role
Proven experience as a project manager with a focus on HR projects.
Strong knowledge of HR processes systems and best practices.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Required Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
