Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
Education/Certifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required. PMI certification required. Knowledge and experience in the Health HR and talent aq services industry are a plus. Knowledge and experience with standard project development/management methodologies and tools needed.

Experience: Minimum five years of increasingly complex project-related experience required.

Competencies and Skills:

Familiar with Jira Scrum Agile and Waterfall practices
Familiar with application development practices and cloud network and security infrastructure components
Demonstrates critical thinking problem-solving and conflict management skills; ability to connect the dots

Assesses and coaches on the strengths and developmental needs of project team members and direct reports. Shares knowledge insights and experiences to help others develop.

Thinks plans and executes on multiple levels
Organized self-disciplined leads others towards common outcomes and strategy execution
Credible leader with an established reputation for presenting and gaining support for ideas/solutions
