Job Description

POSITION

Third-Party Risk Management specialist

LOCATION

MUST be local and hybrid in McKinney TX to work Wed-Fri onsite

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Learn the Autoboard.

2. onboarding task for vendors and apps

3. do the risk assessment

4. build dashboard.

Skills:

* Risk Management experience with reviewing third party vendors

* Contract review for security provisions

* SOC 2 report review

* Entering risks into a risk register and assignment to leaders/teams (Auditboard)

* Communication skills

QC NOTES

Overview:

Developing a GRC program and third-party risk program.

Needs assistance with third-party risk management.

Environment:

160 applications.

First task: Integrating into AuditBoard and starting the risk assessment process.

Requirements:

Expertise in third-party risk management and vendor tiering.

Experience with AuditBoard or similar platforms.

Contract review experience.

SOC 2/PCI experience.

Ability to maintain a risk register using AuditBoard.

A few years of relevant experience (students with applicable knowledge are considered).

40 hours per week.

Remote work: 2 days a week (Monday & Tuesday).

Onsite work: 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday).
