Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate HR Manager to oversee employee relations and HR operations across our expanding hotel portfolio in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day employee grievances enhancing HR processes and supporting our growing team at three hotels including our new Stay Consulate hotel opening soon. This is a strategic position based in Madhapur with travel across all hotel locations within 30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations grievances and ground-level HR functions across all hotel properties.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hotel industry standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts ensuring the onboarding of suitable candidates with hotel industry experience.
  • Facilitate communication between hotel staff and management.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in workforce planning and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the head office for strategic HR planning and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel industry regulations.
