Job Summary

Export Manager

Location - Chennai Alwarpet

Industry - FMCG

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export strategies to achieve the company international sales
targets in Food Pharma Cosmetics ingredient space.
Identify new overseas markets and business opportunities in Food Pharma & Cosmetics
market to expand the company global presence.
Coordinate with various internal departments (sales production logistics finance) to
ensure timely execution of export orders.
Manage and supervise the preparation of all export-related documentation including
invoices packing lists certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable international trade regulations export laws and
customs requirements.
Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shipping lines freight forwarders and clearing
agents.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues arising during
transit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients agents distributors and
government authorities.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints related to exports in a timely and
professional manner.
Analyse export sales data prepare periodic reports and present insights and
recommendations to management.
Stay updated on industry trends new export regulations and market developments.
