Job Summary

A successful Project Manager blends traditional project management knowledge with an Agile mindset.
Core Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business or Project Management).
5 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager Scrum Master or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Agile certifications are highly desirable (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Agilist).
