- Maintain clear transparent and timely communication with stakeholders the Product Owner and the development team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations for project deliverables and progress.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status progress metrics (e.g. burndown charts) risks and issues.
Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify assess and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks and issues.
- Monitor the development process to ensure quality standards and the Definition of Done are met.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing team performance metrics and implementing changes based on retrospective feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A successful Project Manager blends traditional project management knowledge with an Agile mindset.
- Core Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business or Project Management).
- 5 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager Scrum Master or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Agile certifications are highly desirable (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Agilist).
