Provide software and hardware support oversight and provide technical leadership in key products focused on Retail Site Support and Payment Service Management
Scope
The scope of the work is to deliver the following:
Provide day-to-day management which includes oversite and ensuring the quality of deliverables
Provide capabilities to manage delivery of systems involved with systems used at bp retail sites
Provide capabilities for execution of Retail site support and payment service management projects
Provide capabilities to develop comprehensive project plans schedules and milestones using appropriate tools to provide visibility and achieve business outcomes.
Provide capabilities to develop and deliver appropriate project documentation and reporting e.g.: progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
Provide capabilities to deliver technical changes across the bp landscape where needed
Provide capabilities to author maintain and govern agreed documentation across Retail site support and payment service management projects.
Provide operational support and SME capability in the retail site and payment environments within the ITIL framework
Role Requirements
Retail Site Support Lead
Responsible for incident and problem management across the retail site space
Relationship lead in the UK dealer space (dealers and regional managers) to ensure they have the IT support they require
Interface with DN for service delivery
Project Managing small initiatives and providing support here required
Providing key services within an ITIL framework
Scope of service is Europe
