Job Description: Site Engineer
Overview:
The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations ensure quality and coordinate manpower and materials and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor work as per drawings specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and site teams.
- Ensure all site activities meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain material records and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and report deviations or issues.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site documentation.
- Provide weekly updates on progress delays risks and resource needs.
- Support the Project Manager in planning scheduling and site coordination.
- Market PurchasingIf required
Reporting Structure:
The Site Engineer will report directly to theProject Managerand provide:
- Daily progress updates
- Weekly status reports
- Issue escalation
- Material and resource requirements
