Job Summary

Lead the technical design implementation and delivery of enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform. Act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding data strategy ensuring alignment with architectural standards and driving project success across cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

Architect & Deliver MDM Solutions
- Develop and implement MDM solutions using Reltio and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
- Lead integration of complex data pipelines and governance frameworks.
Client Engagement & Coordination
- Collaborate with business leaders IT and line-of-business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture and delivery plans.
- Maintain regular checkpoints to address on-ground challenges and keep projects on track.
Delivery Leadership
- Oversee teams delivering MDM programs across complex environments using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Manage planning resourcing estimation and execution for transformative deliverables.
Governance & Performance
- Implement data governance and quality frameworks aligned with business rules.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
Documentation & Best Practices
- Maintain clear architectural documentation (blueprints data models specs).
- Promote reuse by creating templates guidelines and repeatable methodologies.

Required Qualifications

12 years of professional IT experience; significant experience in MDM program leadership.
Proven expertise with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
Deep understanding of large-scale data integration architecture and transformation patterns.
Strong client-facing capabilities: stakeholder management presentations collaboration.
Agile or SAFe experience in managing distributed teams and strategic projects.

Preferred Certifications

Certified Reltio MDM Professional
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

Nice-to-Have Capabilities (Optional Enhancements)

Experience designing cross-platform integration with systems like SAP Precisely Azure/SAP and governance tools.
Hands-on experience with match/merge logic survivorship rules configuration of Reltio console ROCS Utility and custom Reltio extensions.
Cloud-native architecture expertise (AWS Azure) and advanced data modeling (NoSQL JSON graph).
