under the SACWIS or CCWIS federal regulations.

72 months experience developing applications using framework 4.0 or
above.

72 months experience developing applications using WPF.

72 months experience developing applications using the MVC MVVM or similar patterns.

84 months experience using SQL PL/SQL writing stored procedures
functions packages in minimum version of Oracle 10g or higher.
