Job Summary
The fair hearing unit needs to implement a case triage unit/team in order to sort and prioritize mail in an effort to reduce the number of fair hearings in accordance with CMS guidance and requirements.
Job Description:
Full-time high-level admin legal experience preferred
problem solving and analytical skills
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Prepare detailed reports showing case status
data entry phone/customer service experience
