Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer with strong Microsoft Intune expertise to support manage and optimize enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuring deploying and securing Windows macOS and mobile devices while ensuring high availability performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support endpoint management platforms including configuration deployment and migration for Windows macOS and mobile devices.
Implement and manage policies configurations and applications through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell or similar) for deployment patching configuration and routine tasks.
Ensure endpoint security through threat detection remediation and alignment with compliance standards.
Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated endpoint-related issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
Manage and automate the deployment of security patches software updates and OS upgrades.
Oversee hardware and software asset management in alignment with lifecycle standards.
Support identity and access management initiatives using Azure AD / Entra ID.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot MDM/MEM and modern endpoint management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Deep understanding of Windows and macOS device management.
Experience with compliance policies configuration profiles application packaging and conditional access.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities at L2/L3 level.
Knowledge of endpoint security tools and standards.
Experience with Azure AD identity and access management.
