Junior Associate
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Associate looking to deepen their litigation skills and gain hands-on experience in a boutique trial-focused setting. You will work on meaningful cases develop your legal writing and research skills and receive mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.
If youre ready to move beyond routine tasks and be part of a team where your work directly impacts client outcomes this is the role for you.

- Research and draft substantive motions responses and legal memoranda
- Assist in case preparation including discovery depositions and hearings
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
- Maintain regular communication with clients and support trial preparation efforts

What were looking for:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation (personal injury or civil trial experience preferred)
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Desire to learn grow and take on increasing responsibility
