Experience Requirements:

7 years IT Helpdesk Manager experience

5 years leading team of 15 desktop support technicians
-
5 years supporting organizations with 1000 staff

5 years experience with Windows 7 10 and Macintosh 10 (and future upgrades)

5 years MS Office 365 experience

3 years ServiceNow experience including reporting functions

Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro computers

Follow procedures to resolve tasks within SLAs

Provide customer service desk-side and via remote tools (Bomgar Cisco Jabber Teams)

Systems administration troubleshooting and resolutions
