Job Summary

Job Title:Desktop Support Lead
Long-term contract
Place of work: Bethesda MD- Onsite role(Need local to DMV Area)
Client: Federal ( Healthcare)
Pay Rate: Market/DOE
Security Clearance Public Trust minimum Secret preferred
Resume needs to 3 pages Maximum
Experience Requirements:
  • 7 years IT Helpdesk Manager experience
  • 5 years leading team of 15 desktop support technicians
  • 5 years supporting organizations with 1000 staff
  • 5 years experience with Windows 7 10 and Macintosh 10 (and future upgrades)
  • 5 years MS Office 365 experience
  • 3 years ServiceNow experience including reporting functions
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be physically fit to walk short distances to different storage locations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
Functional Responsibilities:
  • Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro computers
  • Follow procedures to resolve tasks within SLAs
  • Provide customer service desk-side and via remote tools (Bomgar Cisco Jabber Teams)
  • Systems administration troubleshooting and resolutions
