Compensation: $ USD per month base uncapped commission
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in the solar energy solutions industry. You will play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean renewable energy. This position focuses on generating and closing sales opportunities for residential and commercial solar installation services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions
Use proprietary quoting software to prepare detailed proposals for solar panels batteries and storage systems
Guide customers through the full sales cycle: consultation proposal deposit collection and installation scheduling
Manage a high daily activity level targeting 1020 customer calls per day
Deliver outstanding customer service and respond promptly to inquiries
Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project handoffs
Requirements
24 years of sales or customer-facing experience ideally in renewable energy or home services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems and sales technology tools
Ability to explain solar technology in a simple customer-friendly way
Flexible schedule including availability for early mornings or evenings to support customers across time zones
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
