Project Coordinator
Job Description Summary
Responsible for coordinating various aspects of new building development projects including capital improvements site repairs and construction activities. Provides project management support to Project Managers or Directors ensuring timely execution and compliance with project requirements. Oversees documentation contractor coordination and progress reporting to support successful project delivery.

About the Role:
- Review and processproject-related documentation including requisitions change orders payment applications and invoices.
- Support site teamsby identifying project requirements estimating costs preparing schedules and coordinating timely completion of work.
- Participate in due diligence reviewsand assist in preparing comprehensive physical audit reports for building evaluations.
- Assist in the selection and contractingof consultants and construction contractors ensuring alignment with project needs and timelines.
- Prepare and issue regular status reportsto stakeholders providing updates on work progress and key milestones.
- Facilitate approvalsfor organizational changes project plans and expenditures exceeding the approved budget.
- Perform additional tasksas needed to support the daily operations and overall success of the project team.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architecture construction or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Project; familiarity with Procore is a strong advantage.
- Should be willing to relocate to Boracay should the project proceed to the next phase tentatively scheduled for June 2026.
