Microsoft 365 Collaboration and Training Consultant (Contractor)

The Microsoft 365 Collaboration and Training Consultant will help MetaSource leveraging Microsoft Office 365 technologies to enhance knowledge sharing training and organizational collaboration. This role ensures the proper setup and governance of collaboration tools manages project-specific content as the single source of truth supports training programs and partners with technical teams to integrate AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled (or a high desire to learn quickly) Microsoft 365 applications detail-oriented and able to translate technology into practical business value.

Responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate team members have access to Microsoft Teamschannels and manage permissions for effective communication and project collaboration.
• Maintains updates and curates project-specific content in Microsoft OneDrive ensuring it serves as the authoritative source of information.
• Edits catalogs and organizes recordings of trainings and meetings inMicrosoft Stream for easy access and reuse.
• Creates and edits videos with tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp or HeyGen.
• Supports training delivery by creating quizzes surveys and course evaluations in Microsoft Forms.
• Develops structured sequential learning activities and automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Builds and shares dashboards in Microsoft Power BIto track quiz results training completions and learning outcomes.
• Collaborates with the Software Development team to assist in prototyping testing and releasing AI Assist tools using Microsoft Azure AI.
• Identifies opportunities to improve organizational collaboration knowledge management and training effectiveness using Microsoft 365tools.
• Collaborates with internal teams and SMEs to align training solutions with organizational goals.
• Manages project timelines feedback cycles and deliverables independently.

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Education Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams OneDrive Stream Forms Power Automate Power BI and Azure AI.
• Ability to edit and manage video and digital learning content.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports.
• Excellent organizational communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business training and technical teams.
• Openness to learning tools such as HeyGen or Scribe

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in training design learning management or knowledge management
• Some exposure to AI models such as Microsoft Azure AI
• Knowledge of SCORM or other Learning Management System deployments
• Experience with UI UX or graphic design
