Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled SAP process Analyst to join our team. The candidate will act as a key liaison between Procurement business stakeholders and the IT development team ensuring business requirements are clearly understood thoroughly

documented and effectively translated into functional requirement.

Responsibilities

Support Automic Automation Engine and Redwood RunMyJobs systems and their underlying infrastructure (per list below) ensuring system health and performance:

Automation Engine and RunMyJobs
Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments
MS SQL
Tomcat
OpenJDK
Kerberos SSO/SAML authentication
AppDynamics monitoring

Install AE and RMJ agents and configure authorizations to SAP Windows Unix/Linux and Mainframe systems per best practices.
Troubleshoot connectivity and access related issues (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory Azure Active DirectoryCentrify).
Plan support and execute system shutdown/restart for routine reboot and maintenances per best practices as well as AE and RMJ systems patching and version upgrade.
Develop and maintain custom programs and scripts used as tools and utilities for routine activities (productivity).
Incidents troubleshooting and remediation including collaboration infrastructure teams like Windows Server Operations Network Gateway SAP Basis etc.
Perform root cause analysis for AE and RMJ platforms related incidents.
Manage own request backlog (queue) including planning development and release
Perform production code release check for peers Prepare transport/ promotion QA
Support system-wide testing requirements such as SAP support pack upgrade projects
Support projects according to implementation plan (design construction testing go-live)
Respond to urgent change requests including usage of emergencies privileged ID

Primary SkillSets

Microsoft SQL Server database basics and SQL language
Windows Server and Linux/Unix Server platform usage and administration Required for Admin role
Experience in programming languages and scripting (preferred: Redwood script AE Script Java Spring Boot API JavaScript JSON XML) Required for Developer role
CI/CD concepts and experiences in GitHub and GitHub Actions
