Key Responsibilities:
Community Construction Group LLC is seeking an outstanding Senior Project Superintendent that will be responsible for supervising and executing construction projects. Duties will include contacting and communicating with subcontractors meeting with clients and establishing and building client and subcontractor relationships for the successful delivery of all construction projects. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated a quick learner and ready to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate must have extensive construction knowledge with excellent communication (verbal and written) organizational time management and problem-solving skills..
- Perform and oversee specified scope of work.
- Work with project management in the timely completion of construction projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers.
- Assist with obtaining necessary permits and verify licenses insurance certificates and reports necessary for commencement of division projects.
- Review plans specifications submittals RFIs and subcontracts to ensure the work performed complies with the project documents.
- Perform quality assurance of work performed by subcontractors.
- Review code and safety issues.
- Create daily construction reports in Project Management software (Procore).
- Assist in the collection and execution of required close-out documents.
- Work with leadership to monitor and improve systems and procedures.
- Complete all tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products
Qualifications:
- Must have Multifamily new construction and renovation experience.
- Experience with Construction Project Management software preferably Procore is a requirement.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite of Products (specifically Outlook Excel and Word) is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated detail-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Must work well independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) time management organizational and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to travel is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies.
- Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs according to budget for each project.
