Job Duties
As a Core Network Quality Control Manager this role requires a deep understanding of core network technologies and operations combined with strong leadership process management and analytical skills to ensure high availability performance and compliance across all core network services (Packet Core IMS RCS and Applications).
Key duties include:
Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement core network quality control strategies and standards. Lead mentor and develop the QCM team.
Testing & Validation:Oversee comprehensive testing and validation for core network elements of IMS Packet Core and RCS.
Quality Metrics & Reporting:Manage define track and report on key quality metrics and performance.
Process Improvement:Drive process improvement and automation initiatives. Identify analyze and drive improvements in core network operational processes to enhance efficiency reduce manual effort minimize errors and improve service quality.
Audits & Remediation:Lead and coordinate internal performance audits related to core network operations ensuring timely and effective remediation of findings.
Change Management:Oversee the implementation of complex network changes upgrades and new feature deployments ensuring operational readiness and minimizing service impact.
Collaboration:Collaborate closely with Network Planning Engineering OSS and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of operational goals.
Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Operational Excellence:Proven track record of developing implementing and optimizing operational processes and performance frameworks. Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to performance audits and network design reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
Experience:6 years of hands-on experience in Core components.
Technical Knowledge:Solid knowledge of Telecom Virtualized Core network (VNF & CNF) Networking principles protocols and technologies.
Core Network Experience:Extensive hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of large-scale mobile core networks (4G LTE EPC 5G Core IMS etc.).
Auditing Experience:Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to performance audits and network design reviews.
Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Work Ethic:Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability:Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer Focus:Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
