Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager Finance to lead both Accounting and FP&A functions for Accurates public sector projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial governance strategic planning and operational excellence across our healthcare initiatives. The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner driving financial performance and supporting decision-making processes
Fixed-term (2 years) contract with potential for permanent conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure robust financial governance and compliance across Accurates public sector projects.
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting forecasting variance analysis financial reporting and strategic planning.
- Build and manage P&L statements ensuring accurate cost allocation and margin analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and support audit readiness for public contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (local and regional teams) and external partners to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement financial best practices.
- Serve as business partner with internal (local and regional) and external stakeholders to help guide Accurates financial strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. ACCA CPA CIMA) is a plus.
- 47 years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles ideally within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience in managing P&L statements and financial planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SAP Power BI etc).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.

Contract: initial 2-years contract (with great possibility for transformation into permanent) full-time hybrid (2/3 days from the office)
