Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Gather and share client feedback to improve services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Develop account strategies aligned with business goals.
- Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Overcome daily challenges affecting campaign delivery or revenue.
Client Engagement
- Research client objectives and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Present tailored advertising solutions.
- Maintain long-term trusted client relationships.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and tools.
- Use market insights to provide added value to clients.
Pipeline & Performance
- Keep accurate pipeline and forecasting records.
- Share client insights with internal teams.
- Document all client activities thoroughly.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma (minimum).
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Good level of English.
- 2 years of experience in telesales inside sales or outbound sales.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads); certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce Dynamics 365 or similar).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Organized goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Compensation:
- Level 1: 1100 gross/month
- Monthly performance bonus: 200
