Remote Travel Support Specialist (Croatian-speaking) Based in Greece

As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist youll help travelers from all over the world solve problems manage bookings and plan memorable journeys all while working remotely from beautiful Greece.
What Youll Do
- Handle calls chats and emails from travelers and accommodation partners
- Provide clear accurate and friendly support for booking and stay-related inquiries
- Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction
What You Bring
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or retail is a plus
- Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate with assistance
