- Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction
What You Bring
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or retail is a plus
- Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate with assistance
