Job Summary

About the Role:

You will lead efforts to support CPAs who work in or for the not-for-profit sector. Oversee the routine operations of the AICPA Not-for-Profit Section delivering a valuable experience to Section members and driving achievement of main performance measures. Identify Not-for-Profit learning opportunities to enhance offerings and meet the needs of members. You will report to the Director - NFP as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Not-for-Profit Section. Analyze trends and identify opportunities to promote member satisfaction and engagement. Be the liaison to the Not-for-Profit Advisory Council supporting strategy development and managing volunteer relationships. Implement strategy delivering a valuable experience to Section members. Monitor Section performance and guide desired outcomes.
  • Identify Not-for-Profit learning opportunities and use research to inform decision-making on our offerings. Advise AICPA conference planning committees as they develop their agendas.
  • Lead efforts to create communications and resources that meet the needs of Association members and engaged professionals in the not-for-profit space. Review or develop tools practice aids articles blogs and other content and translate complex material for ease of understanding. Seek out and build opportunities to promote the Section and learning offerings.
  • Maintain liaison relationships with multiple Association teams. Keep partners informed of progress and lead successful completion of projects promptly.
  • Monitor current developments in the not-for-profit space analyzing industry trends and standard setting activities. Use insights to inform decision-making.

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 7 years related experience

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $125000- $145000
