Job summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be the key point of contact for our customers delivering support through our internal system live chat and email. You will advise clients on everything from selecting the right product to successful installation ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT knowledge problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
What you will do
- Provide support via internal system live chat and email.
- Advise customers on SSL/TLS product selection and installation.
- Assist with account management renewals and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer requests efficiently and responsibly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical and service-related issues.
- Continuously learn and improve your knowledge in IT security and SSL technologies.
What you will have
- Fluency in Russian and English both written and verbal (essential)
- Good knowledge in IT
- Responsibility punctuality and attention to detail.
- Self-reliance and ability to find effective solutions.
- Confident computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer support or IT-related roles.
- Knowledge of web servers hosting DNS or SSL certificates.
- Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems
