Job Summary
A well-known manufacturing company has an immediate need in their accounting department! Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to process vendor invoices and ensure accurate timely payments.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders/receipts and verify accuracy
- Enter invoices into system and confirm correct status
- Match checks to invoices and confirm details
- Resolve discrepancies with Purchasing Receiving and other departments
- Support AP functions including credit memos mail copying and special projects
