AWG is urgently hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) with immediate openings. If youre passionate about making a difference and ready to start right away we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients behaviors and overall physical health
- Provide direct support for daily activities and therapeutic interventions
- Manage crisis situations and assist in de-escalating conflicts
- Document patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team
- Facilitate or assist in group and individual therapeutic activities
