We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Account Management professional to join our this role you will play a vital part in supporting our account management team by assisting with the renewal process for our subscription service business while also helping us monitor and improve client engagement. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and contribute to streamlining our account management processes as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (13 years experience) who is enthusiastic about building a career in the financial services industry and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Accountabilities
Renewal Management: Work closely with existing clients to manage the renewal process ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a key point of contact for inquiries issues or escalations.
Client Engagement Analysis: Monitor and track client interactions to identify engagement trends risks and opportunities to add value. Share insights with the wider team to inform account strategy.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions renewals and sales activities in the CRM system.
Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our subscription service offering.
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs provide product demonstrations and deliver ongoing value-add through our content.
Knowledge Skills and Experience Required
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support account management or customer service role preferably within the financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to work with datasets to identify patterns in client behaviour generate actionable insights and translate these into strategies that enhance client engagement and strengthen account management outcomes.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues think critically and provide effective solutions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales account management and data development.
Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales principles techniques and strategies.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
