Associate Architect
Location: Clerkenwell London
Salary: 58000 - 62000 per annum (DOE)

This role places you at the helm of a major residential development giving you real ownership visibility and influence from day one. With a well-structured handover a collaborative developer client and a studio thats proud of its culture youll have everything you need to deliver your best work while progressing toward long-term leadership.
Package:
- Salary: 58000 - 62000 per annum (DOE)

Office: London
Hours: Full-time 9:00 am 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Lead the delivery of two major residential towers within a large multi-phase scheme
- Coordinate programming deadlines workflow and team activity
- Maintain clear professional communication with the developer client
- Review drawings resolve technical issues and support Stage 45 delivery
- Work closely with internal teams consultants and senior leadership
- Support resourcing mentoring and team development
- Represent the project in design meetings workshops and presentations
Requirements:
- ARB registered & Qualified Architect
- 8 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent senior capability)
- Experience leading large-scale developer-led residential projects
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Ability to coordinate multi-phase programmes and internal teams
- Competent Revit user (able to review models and guide delivery)
- Strong organisational and leadership ability
- Proven experience delivering technical packages on complex buildings (Stage 4 - 5)
