Associate Architect

Location: Clerkenwell London
Salary: 58000 - 62000 per annum (DOE)

Package:

Salary: 58000 - 62000 per annum (DOE)

Office: London
Hours: Full-time 9:00 am 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

Lead the delivery of two major residential towers within a large multi-phase scheme
Coordinate programming deadlines workflow and team activity
Maintain clear professional communication with the developer client
Review drawings resolve technical issues and support Stage 45 delivery
Work closely with internal teams consultants and senior leadership
Support resourcing mentoring and team development
Represent the project in design meetings workshops and presentations

Requirements:

ARB registered & Qualified Architect
8 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent senior capability)
Experience leading large-scale developer-led residential projects
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
Ability to coordinate multi-phase programmes and internal teams
Competent Revit user (able to review models and guide delivery)
Strong organisational and leadership ability
Proven experience delivering technical packages on complex buildings (Stage 4 - 5)
