What You Will Do
Support clients from a wide variety of small businesses in a wide variety of HR needs including recruiting employee relations compliance and more.
Coach mangers supervisors and small business leaders in HR and compliance topics providing expert support to ensure best practices are followed.
- Learn utilize and teach the HRIS (isolved) to help client contacts with payroll processing and employee information.
Provide administrative support to clients in day-to-day HR operations including systems access employee login issues and onboarding needs.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Conduct site visits and check-in calls to ensure HR services are meeting the needs of businesses and employees
Leverage your HR expertise to recommend improvements to processes policies and culture.
Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
A strong ability to work in both complex employee relations or compliance issues as well as more everyday administrative HR operations.
Experience with HR systems; knowledge of isolved is a plus.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A drive to learn grow and pitch in wherever needed as the needs of the team and business change and grow over time
A bachelors degree and/or HR certification (preferred not required).
A willingness to work full-time in our Tulsa office.
