Key Responsibilities:- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Manage badge access for all employees.
- Organize various HR projects and programs.
- Supports HR team members to deliver the overall success of the team the HR function and the business.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files records and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies benefits hiring processes etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assist in planning promoting and execution of positive employee/company relations through recognition and appreciation activities organization wide-meetings and celebrations.
- Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- 3 years administrative office experience
- Excellent communication and people skills ethics and cultural awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment to support the overall HR function.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
